Pine Boards

White Pine lumber is a specialty at Good Wood. Our boards are milled thicker than "lumber yard" pine; they are a full inch thick. This greater thickness reduces warping and gives boards a much more substantial feel, reminiscent of lumber of a bygone era. Because our sawmill blades are precisely sharpened, the finish of our "rough sawn" lumber is actually quite smooth. Planing is also an option we offer for an extra charge.

Hard-to-find wide boards, up to 20" wide, are available at Good Wood. We also mill some thicker pine lumber, including 5/4 (1 1/4") and 2" thick.
